Export-Compliance Guidelines

As a manufacturer and exporter of advanced surveillance systems, StrongWatch Corporation is registered with the U.S. Government.  Our products and services are subject to U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  U.S. export law as contained in ITAR or EAR may also be applicable to technical information not deemed as public domain information.  Such technical information will not be placed in the public domain, exported from the U.S., given to any foreign person in the U.S. or re-exported without the prior specific written authorization of StrongWatch Corporation and the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.

StrongWatch Corporation will comply with all applicable U.S. export laws, regulations and requirements.  U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce licensing may be required for the export of any product, data or service.  Strongwatch Corporation will export defense articles, data or services only to countries approved by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce, and only after obtaining the required and approved export authorizations.
